Spring is here, and here are colors and sights found while wandering through Swan Lake Iris Gardens on Sunday.

Wisteria hanging purple.

New Growth.

Cross in the grass to remind.

Flight Patterns

Flight patterns from West Coast to East Coast.

Light and Dark Musings

Stopped at a millpond to think after work and captured these thoughts.

Vines. They take root and envelope.

The edges can be rough, yet hold growth potential.

Reflections can yield enlightening things.

Sometimes the patterns alone face you, and it is glorious in beauty.

Flooded or burned out? Sometimes you feel overwhelmed like this river (Wateree)...

Othertimes it is as if you feel burned by others, like a victim of arson...

There is always strength and hope in Jesus Christ.

Get Moving

Sometimes we need to stop laying around and just...

get moving. Like these sea lions.

While here in Monterey, I am spending time at Fisherman's Wharf

watching the pelicans. They too wait to be served in restaurants,

just sit around laid back and relaxed,

they get lost and look around for directions,

and they are confused by the rules on signs at times.

Just like us.

Impressionist View

Impressionist Views ala Jackon Pollock or Monet. You decide.

Still, Life

Still, there is Life. It is on a sunny beach, a memory in history, or a new blooming thing...

Still Life in Mushrooms

Togetherness.

Different.

Variety.

Complement.

Shining in the Dark.

Eyes on You.

Still life...

Bird and Butterfly

RELAXATION: A wood duck relaxes while tiger swallowtails feed.

Growth in Dark Times.

When dark clouds darken your sky, look to grow and bloom.
